To the Nova Poshta branch

Orders can be collected at any Nova Poshta branch throughout Ukraine. Once the parcel arrives, you will receive a notification in your Nova Poshta app or an SMS will be sent to your phone.

To the Nova Poshta post office

Orders can be picked up at any Nova Poshta parcel locker throughout Ukraine. Upon parcel arrival, you will receive a notification in your "Nova Poshta" app or an SMS to your phone.

Delivery costs are paid by the client according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

Payment options

Online map

Online payment is accepted through the website using the LIQPAY payment system to the Seller's account.

Cash payment

Cash payment at the time of order delivery. The buyer transfers the money to the forwarder-cashier and receives the ordered goods.

Funds transfer fee 2% + 20 ₴

Terms of return of goods

According to the law, the Buyer may return the Goods of proper quality within 14 days after its purchase . After the expiration of 14 days, the store decides whether to accept the goods back at its discretion.

Only goods of proper quality in the packaging in which the Buyer received it upon delivery are accepted for return. Goods that have been used are not accepted for return. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Refund terms

The refund is made to the Buyer's bank card from which the payment for the Goods was made. The Seller transfers the money no later than 10 days from the moment of receipt of the goods, which are returned to the Seller's warehouse upon prior confirmation of the return of the goods.

To return the money for the product, using the method you used to pay for it (if you used a payment method other than a bank card), you need to contact joynutrition@gmail.com .
