Product Return Terms

In accordance with the law, the Buyer may return a Product of proper quality within 14 days after purchase. After 14 days have passed, the store decides whether to accept the product back at its own discretion.

Only products of proper quality are accepted for return, in the same packaging in which the Buyer received them upon delivery. Products that have been used are not accepted for return, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”

Refund Terms

Refunds are made to the Buyer’s bank card from which the payment for the Product was made. The Seller transfers the funds no later than 10 days from the moment the returned product arrives at the Seller’s warehouse, provided that the return has been confirmed in advance.
